My game keeps saying this to me and i have no idea how to fix it, I went to the IRC but no one answered. at all

If you have a firewall or antivr try to disable it, the game could be blocked

It could be a number of things, can you check the following:

• Ensure that no game files are blocked by any firewall
• Ensure that the Nexon Launcher isn’t blocked by any firewall
• Ensure the following ports are not blocked
o 443 Outbound– TCP
o 80 Outbound – TCP

I have the same problem. And I don’t have permission to access closed beta forums.

Sadly im having the same exact problem. Ive searched all over and i havent found a single thing. It tells me i cant get access to the beta forums as well. I wonder what is causing this…

Beta forum access isn’t automatic, PM badman and he’ll hook you up.

Regarding authentication try the usual trick of disabling any antivirus software, then re-installing the game.

If that doesn’t work then ask again when you have access to beta forums, or try again at a later time (could be a congestion issue).

I had the same issue after rebooting the modem
Try ipconfig /release - ipconfig /renew
It worked for me

I have a quite same problem. It worked yesterday andd tha day before yesterday but stopped signing in just today :frowning: I am adicted, please help!

If you just joined the beta via the invites sent out in the past few days, please leave your feedback in the forums here: http://forums.nexon.net/forumdisplay.php?266-Dirty-Bomb

You should be able to sign into them using the same Nexon account you use to play the beta.
