Authentication Error

:frowning: Dirty bomb keeps telling me that I have authentication errors even though I clicked the link and put read the authentication error part of it. I tried it and it didn’t work. I’m pretty annoyed.

I tried the disconnect console command like a bunch of times now. it is confirmed for me that it doesn’t work at all.

What im thinking that im either banned for no reason. or there just needs to be a bug fix in an update.I really want to play this game because its so fun.Also the really bad anti-hack system must have to do with this. A lot of people on steam are complaining about it too.

I have MacAfee that came with my computer but i don’t have an account on it yet
Avast SecureLine Witch I don’t have an account on yet either. and I have Trendmicro inside as a disk in my computer. I was planning to make an account. but I don’t know how to.

Those are all the antiviruses I could find. I hope I put in enough info4

Also if you can’t find a solution i’d think that the new update has something to do with this.

From what I know this is usually caused by a firewall or Anti-virus, so I would start there.

Best practice is to only have 1 AV installed so they don’t interfere with each other btw.

Ensure that Dirty Bomb isn’t blocked by anything on your PC.

I have no av’s installed the other ones just a disk. didn’t work.

Im started to get persuaded that the anti-hack has something to do with this. or maybe there will be a change. I hope, also I can be banned for no reason and I just don’t know. If i am banned for no reason it should atleast not say Authentication error, it can just tell me banned: (how much time) but seriously i hope they get rid of that anti-hack system not just because it could be the problem with this its because it still lets hackers in. As I said in one of my previous comments. I am annoyed.No,Im getting frustrated at this point.

And other people of course.So while my friends have fun im stuck on the Authentication Error Screen. Great but it is still a badass game

They put a new anti-cheat system maybe it’ll work now.

GJ support, decide not to even comment after I tell you my problem and most of the crap that is happening to me and other players, this game went from 10k players to 2k, or so I’ve heard. atleast make an extremely quick update instead of not deciding to comment what I can do to fix this for me and other players. Community support is so good. -.-
