AUS to ASIA servers

Hey,

For some reason myself ( and all people playing in Perth, Australia ) went from 60 odd ping to 200+ on Asian servers…
last time it was Illegal Fisherman wrecked the cabling, has the same thing happened again?.. please fix as we go from 30 odd active servers to about 2… HELP!!!
