Playing as Aura this seems to happen to me a lot. If I have my health station out and I’m ready to put it on the ground, it seems to shield me from taking damage some times. If I aim the transparent model of the health station at someones face as they shoot me I can physically see the blood fly off my character but I take no damage.

Yes, I have noticed this too. Even had a proxy shoot me at point blank range with a shotgun whilst putting down my healing station, saw the blood gush off me, but no damage - because its a nice glitch, I didn’t think twice about it till I saw your post.
