Audio Logs Question

How do you get the audio logs in this game. I am currently level 20, Completed the single player and all the challenges, but still missing a good chuck of the audio logs. Does anyone know how to obtain them?

I just finished the Security campaign, about 1/2 through Resistance (not on Hard or anything, and haven’t touched What-Ifs yet) and I think I’ve got like 10 Audio Logs. So… yeah, not really looking like it’s gonna be all gotten by level 20.

Just keep playing. You will get a few every time you complete a mission I believe.

The audio logs bum me out because they help tie together what could be a terrific story that has no execution or proper narrative or even A memorable character.

The most wasted potential of this game is right there

Gameplay wise its fantastic though, i’m just sad to see hints of awesome between the lines

This might be a bump on a dead thread, but here it goes:

I just hit level 20, I’ve done everything but I still miss ONE audio log from General Secretary Joe Chen, the second one to be precise

Am I the only one with this problem, or does anyone here have any idea on how to get the last one?

You need to play security campaign. I believe.

But I’ve done both campaign in Versus Online, even the What-Ifs :s

I believe you get different audio logs when playing offline and online. So when you win a match online the audio log is different then that of the single player missions and are different for each team as well.

Maybe try playing on hard mode?

I just got the final one yesterday. I had the same problem I completed everything but nothing. Then I did a mission in versus on the reactor mission as security and it unlocked

I got them all by doing a mix of solo and some private matches (usually a friend or two and me vs. bots).

I got all of the audio logs when I was 15 or 16 I think. Before I got to 20. I’m still not at 20. lol

I just got the last audio log for completing The Reactor as Resistance in Co-op

I guess you just get them randomly for playing :l (Excluding the level up ones)

It’s pretty random. I finished all campaign levels, but not a single challenge and got them all. Sometimes u just get some and sometimes u don’t. It’s just a matter of time till u all get them, no particular method is required.

It’s not random it depends on what objectives you do or don’t do within what missions.

You get one audio for every time you completing a match. Theres 40 something so you need to complete that many matches.

AWU Secretary Joe Chen #2: “Critical Reaction” (Reactor, Resistance)

You get them playing missions (campaign or freeplay). You get 1 for each win playing solo, and 2 for each win playing online (co-op or versus). There are 32 mission specific audio logs (2 per mission), and 42 common ones.

Basically, 42 of them are random… 16 are mission based… 16 are objective based… Makes for a confusing mess.

So, if you are playing offline, you will need to play each level twice (making sure to satisfy all of the primary objectives on one of them), and then replay any additional 42 missions (campaign or freeplay, even the same one over and over). You can cut those numbers in half by playing online.

You do not get audio logs for leveling or for completing the challenges.
