Audio Bug

A few weeks ago, I set my master volume to 0 to hear some guy talking in voice chat but when i set it back to 100 there was no sound and i don’t know how to fix it. I tried uninstalling Dirty Bomb but no luck. Please help because sound is important in Dirty Bomb because i have been running in to Proxy’s mines and the sound usually stops me from activating it but without the sound i end up activate it and i end up being dead or losing health and Guardian Angel will be a useless perk for me

Have you checked your system volume for the game? Have the game running. Then right click the speaker icon on the bottom right. Then open Volume mixer. See if the volume for Dirty Bomb is at zero.

The volume mixer set the volume for Dirty Bomb at zero but adjusting it did not bring back the sound

I would suggest you contact customer support at this point. I deal with bugs this sounds more tech support at this moment.

Thanks for the link but when I tried to sent a request it requires me to type in the time of when it happen, the sever name, Nexon account ID and Character name and I don’t have any information for all of this, I forgot what time it happen and the date too, I didnt take down the server name and I play in any server I can find, I don’t know what is my Nexon account ID and I can’t find it too and for the character name, they ask me to write the name of the character i created in the game and I did’nt create any character. And I can’t submit my request if i leave these questions blank. I don’t know what to do, if you can help that will be great. Sorry to bother you so much
