Ati issues

Hi all I just want to see if anyone can advise or help me understand why i hve bad fps.
I can play bad company around 80-90 fps on high res and no anti alis but with brink i got 40-80. I didnt think brink was that graphicaly better the bfbc2.

I have a
i5-750
ati 5770
1 tb
4gb ddr3

Is it just something that with be a fix with patches like bfbc2 ??

there are ATI issues.

you can download the brink config tool that lets you tweak it more than the advanced options. you can get a fair few FPS more out of this game using the tool. this is the one i use:
