Based on UTC +1. Usually around 12.00 to 16.00? Can’t remember, but past updated are usually happening around that hour

The maintenance starts in about 48 minutes when this is posted and will supposedly last 4 hours. The patch will probably be available about an hour or two into the maintenance and servers will be back up depending how long it takes the patch to upload to host servers.
Funny thing, also, it is possible the game won’t be playable even after the maintenance is suppose to end, just it is possible it will be playable before it is suppose to end.
