There is an issue with the Asian server 6v6 02 & 7v7 03 both these server have been experiencing bad lag with rubber banding. This issue has been ongoing for about 2 months.
Whenever me and my friend play our 1st game the game goes without any hitches. Once the 2nd and 3rd game comes along we start having issues. The hit detection to kill someone say a proxy takes longer and they look like they have Fraggers h/p.
Then suddenly fast characters like proxy, aura, etc… suddenly start rubber banding. Now this happens without fail. We have tried to lessen the following impact by quitting and rejoining the server every game. That helps but only very slightly.
Our ping remains in a constant 32 or 28 ping. So it’s not our ping that’s an issue. I’ve clocked in about close to 600 hours in this game. I’ve seen how the servers should be and shouldn’t be. Can you please get someone in your department to look into this.
I’ve even asked people in chat to make sure it’s just not us lagging and all of them concur the server was lagging. So please it’s getting very hard to stay and play this game with the servers hit detection becoming so intolerable. We are close to quitting because nearly 2 months of constant bad and good hit detection takes a toll on enjoying a very good game.
I’m just asking you if you have to please do a maintenance every week and make sure the servers are at their peek. We are only asking that the lag is stopped. My friend is slowly getting worn out but I said let me try and reach out and see if someone can have a look.
I’ve actually waited nearly 2 months because even I am getting tired of handling the lag we experience on a constant basis in the Asian servers. If you look in the technical support forum you can see other Asians posting such similiar posts.
I implore you for the final time please get someone to look into this and if maintenance has to be done please just do it. Just make it a weekly thing so people can enjoy the game as it’s supposed to be played without the awful lag.
Thank you kindly and I really hope someone looks into this as it’s a really serious issue. This is my final try before we have to quit a game I actually am really fond off.
I’ve also done my part by buying packs and supporting you developers so a simple lag issue shouldn’t be too hard to fix I hope.
