As a Dev myself: What is your mode of development? Maybe make a twitch-stream about?

Hey gals 'n guys …

i am endulging in the craft of creating software, too, to “earn my rolls” (as we say in Naderland, literally translated at least … mind you … not Nederlands, that are our oranje neighbors. Tho maybe they, too, “earn their rolls” when doing hard labour. Never checked that. ) More on the buisnessy side but nevertheless interested into “the craft”

If you wouldn’t mind elaborating (trade secrets and stuffz) … i would very much like to get enlightened in what mode of development you are getting features and bugfixes into this baby?

[ul]
[li]Are you “doing sc®um”? (if so, daily standups and the full monty?)
[/li][li]kanbanning around like monkeys (if so … what columns does your board have and how many items are assumed to be workable per person?)
[/li][li]how many different groups of how many ppl are currently throwing their skills at the tasks at hand? how do they interact/coordinate?
[/li][li]how does it happen that things get planned and executed? e.g: “Who calls the plays”? Creative
[/li][li]How long are your iterations, how do you breakdown [and|or] measure the complexity of the task to be scheduled?
[/li][li]What stages do you maintain? DEV/INTEGR.TEST/ACCEPTTEST/PROD/UNAMEIT?
[/li][li] Which stages does it go through until it reaches us players?
[/li][li]In what kind of timeframe does a feature get from the “drawing board” into production? Like … if a bug has been found … what would be a good average (rule of biiiiig thumb) to think of when this bug will be a)fixed b) fix released to “us”
[/li][/ul]

As a bonus question: How and where are which of the minds integrated into this dev-process that already had been at SD long time ago susceptible to developing / conceptualizing / playing? the original Wolf:ET. Or is this maybe even undesired as it clogs the (supposed to be freely creative) minds?

Lets see if anything better than political mumblejumle comes out of this. Would be truly nice … your videostreams on twitch with devs might be a good place to interview some of your guys about this, maybe? (I’m looking at you: shoe. ) Make one session where you take all this questions as notes, ask then one after another and then post the link to the published video of it here. One is allowed to dream, isn’t s/he?

Really Curious and TIA!
