Arty?

Hi, I don’t know if this is the correct place to post this, but the other day I got a Cobalt D72 card for Arty. I was really happy, so I bought Arty. I then realized that I suck with Arty and suck even more with the Dreiss AR. Is there any tips on how to play Arty and how to use the Dreiss?

Arty is amazing at killing the EV. He can also be used to bomb choke points in many maps, all you have to do it is fish around during games until you have a few good spots to dump your artillery. The Dreiss has very good magazine longevity, but you kind of have to hit everything you shoot at, and make sure most of those hits are on the head.

I have a cobalt dreis Arty as well, and i never use it. BRONZE B81 FOR LIFE! Btw the videos dont really teach you a lot other than all the shit you can pull off with the airstrike, which is one strong point of arty, but the other strong point is the fact that he has a decent amount of health, can have the Br-16 AND drilled AND unlimited ammo. once you learn to play with the BR-16 you will melt people untill you get killed.

Dreiss is one of my fav guns, and arty is one of my fav mercs. The secret is: learn the maps. Once you know popular spots for campers, spam artillery all over them. Also try to guess where people will go.

For example, as defenders on chapel, attackers like to come from the left. Pop a little arty there and scare them back a bit.

The secret to dreiss is to time your shots. It will help you be a better aim. Only spam it close range, or if they’re not moving. The iron sights are also very useful.
