Arty loadout unfair

This is just how I feel. It’s very unfair that the Dreiss has no explodythingy augment at all while Br has one and Stark has TWO. Make it happen SD, pleeeeeease. Show some love to Dreiss, and revise it’s loadout to carry it on atleast one card. My preference would be to put it on D43 Revised Rifleman, which is actually totally useless card with Fail safe and Spares. Why would a support merc even have Spares :s

Unshakeable is a better perk than Explodydendron anyway and 2 of his Dreiss cards have it.

Sadly loadout cards will NEVER have their augments swapped or changed. This has been confirmed by Splash Damage. However, should there ever be a “season 2” of loadout cards, there’s always the possibility to see new combinations of augments, such as Explodydendron, on a Dreiss card. Mercs will also never have access to weapons they don’t currently have (so Arty will always have Stark, Dreiss and BR16 cards).

I love Arty but that said some loudouts make me wonder who thought them up, Mainly with the fact that 2 Dreiss cards have FAIL SAFE, who thought that up?

I like that card. You get unshakeable, Dreiss, M9, and Spares aren’t bad if you’re using all those ammo packs to keep your team’s cool downs low.

This is a real Signature.

Anyways, the Dreiss is the highest DPS rifle in the game, why should it have the good augments?

The Dreiss is kinda terrible anyway - much less consistent than the BR-16 and Stark AR.

It might have the highest DPS, but it also has terrible accuracy. His other guns are much better.

Fair enough, but it’s still not consistent enough. It’s supposed to be a medium/long range beast, but it has such terrible accuracy that you usually end up being bettered by people just jamming their M4 triggers down.

The Dreiss could really use a slight damage buff (from 27 to 29), and a LARGE range buff (in terms of how quickly its damage is drained over distance). It should essentially be a little more like the Grandeur in terms of its damage over range, but it should retain its lower damage, higher firerate model in comparison to the Grandeur.

Good at all ranges with crazy damage. It’s so powerful now, scrubs can use it so effectively.

@Redcap I believe it was mentioned that you won’t be able to trade Obsidian or Founder loadout cards.

Have you tried using a Blishlock against the Stark? Bushwacker with Blishlock, if you control the recoil competently, is able to take down Stoker with the Stark.

I don’t understand why there’s so many useless loadouts. I mean, for every merc, about half, maybe more, of their loadouts are entirely useless. Their perk combinations make no sense or have no real effect in-game. No one uses these loadouts unless they happened to get a Cobalt and want to pleasure their eyes with some beautiful blue!

I know SD doesn’t plan on redoing any loadouts because people paid money or something (forget the exact reason), but they really need to be redone.

Then again, the current card/loadout system we have is pretty crappy in my opinion. I know it has a lot to do with balancing though. I would just love to put together my own combinations of augments/weapons onto cards. Maybe a craft-your-own card system that creates a permanent version of the card you make and keeps the skins separate, but once you add a skin to your card, it stays forever…?
