Arsenal Crate

I have been playing for a while and yesterday I reached level 7. Upon leveling up it said i was awarded an Arsenal Crate. I also got an equipment case as a drop. I was in the pre game lobby and used quick-open to open my equipment case and I got my card. I then backed out of the lobby and it came up with a notification that said I had the Arsenal Crate. I clicked on view and it took me to my inventory.

There was nothing in my inventory.

I think that it was something to do with the double drop but i still have not revived my crate after several reboots and restarts.

Hello.

When you reach level 7 you unlock the arsenal crate that was given to you at level 5.
If you should not have it please contact support under the following link.
They are able to see what happened and give you the crate. :slight_smile:
