Arsenal crate not given

Before startin the match i needed 1500 points circa to pass to next level.
I used server browser and entered a stopwatch. When i was near the end of the match my electricity meter went off, so did my PC (for obvious reasons), when i turned it on again and entered steam and the game i was passed to next level (you can see that currently i am at the start of a new level) but i had no arsenal crate in my “items” section.
I tryid to do another match cause i thought maybe gettin other EPs would fix it, but in every match i do now i crash at the end (bug reported in the bug section of the forum).

OS: windows 10 pro
Ram: 8 gb
Graphic card: GTX 780 nVidia
Motherboard: Asus P8P67evo
Internet broser: Chrome
Latest video drivers: No (i download official nVidia updates every time i can, i miss only the very latest one)

My IGN is: Bullet Kin

EDIT: i realized now that the match that’d give me arsenal for new level didn’t gave me the exp for the missions…so maybe i didn’t even passed the level but it’s an error of the levels counter. (that’d explain why i didn’t get the arsenal, cause the system didn’t register exp for the level and i still need the 1500 points)

No! I did received nothing! o.o
I’m still without the arsenal crate, and still at the start of the new level.
I can’t check if it’s only an error of the level bar and if in facts i’m at the end of the last level but it’s showing the new level.

Maybe i used wrong section of the forum, or i made a mistake at some point in the post explainin the problem, but i can’t know if no one helps and i’m still being ignored.

I can’t even check if i only need some more exp points cause i also have the “server crash at the end of a match” issue, so i can’t play.

Well, now i can play…i did a match in stopwatch and obtained both exp for missions and exp for new level. I got the arsenal crate for the new level. Everythin ok now…even if no one helped me.
