i just reached level 7 and i never received the arsenal crate that i am supposed to

You receive the mentioned arsenal crate at level 6.
When you reach level 7 it is unlocked.
If you should not have it, please contact support under the following link.
They are able to look into it and give you the crate. :slight_smile:
