When i reached rank 7 it said i got a arsenal crate but when i went to look for it in my inventory it wasn’t there. i play using my steam account does this have anything to do with it.

i thought you need to get to level 8 to get your first one.
also, the level 7 probably is the gold skyhammer/aura case and the extra 30K credits
check your inventory loadout for those 2

Pretty sure you get that for reaching level 4 and not 7

If I’m not mistaken you receive the gold case at level 2 which remains locked until level 4.
The first arsenal crate that is given to you is at level 5 which unlocks at level 7.
Try to play a match and if the crate does not appear after that send a support ticket.
Make sure to check your filters first, though. It might just be hiding.
