I make level 7 and i received announcement with i received an Arsenal Case, but i don’t have any Arsenal Case.

You would have gotten the Arsenal Crate at level 5 (if I remember correctly), but it would be locked. It is supposed to unlock at level 7, and you receive an unlocked one when hitting all levels 8 and above. If you hit level 5 before the Unlock and Load Update (the update that added Arsenal Crates in late May), you wouldn’t have received one.

You should be able to file a support ticket and get your crate.
