What are you doing to this thread ? G-zus.

Eliminating models that do not have a model key is something u will learn in time…no biggie for now since you’re new to it all.

To eliminate the SV_ error message…make sure you don’t have any origin brushes in the map that are not coupled to an entity.
Best bet is to select the origin texture in the texture window…hit shift+a and then delete them all and replace them where needed unless ur comfortable enough to find the one that IS the error maker.
Use brush cleanup as well. It is an icon on the toolbar.

P.S. can you delete the information in the 2 really really really long posts of yours ?
------------------That will cause most people to ignore your post.
We can deal with the unknown types later.

this page is useful:

http://www.wolfensteinx.com/surface/tutorials/compile_errors.html#5

If I recall correctly (which I probably don’t) SV_Brushmodel errors usually come from brushes that are too thin. Or sometimes from having bad textures on them (EG havign an area portal texture on a door entity, or some other weird issue). Running bobtoolz brush cleanup from radiant might fix it. Otherwise you’ll have to check your entites to make sure there’s nothing screwy going on.

And you do realise there’s an edit post button, right? You don’t need to add a new post to your thread everytime you want to update your problem.

the [x] vanishes when your post isn’t the last one…
unfortunately it seems that you no longer can delete older posts via the edit function
