Are there graphics mods for Dirty Bomb?

I like the way the game looks, but I feel the colors are too washed and the textures are too blurry. Are there any mods that make the world more vibrant, or at least sharpens the textures?

There are no mods for DB. As far as I know, editing anything other than a config file will end in anticheat banning you.

All you can really do is tweak the graphics settings.

It’s kind of necessary in a multiplayer game. Otherwise you could for example change wall textures to something transparent or dress other players in bright and solid colors, which would give you an advantage.

That’s not what I mean though. I’m talking about graphics overhauls. Most competitive multiplayer games actually do this, with most pro players lowering their graphics, even going so far as to change .ini files specifically to maximize the FPS.

I see. There’s a couple of options available through the command line and ini files. It used to be a thing to mess with them, for example https://www.reddit.com/r/dirtybombconfigs/comments/3egoja/sick6_newbs_config/. Some of them have been made the default, some of them are now available from in game settings, some of them have been removed, some of them might still work.

Mostly these settings have been used to increase FPS and decrease quality, but you might be able to change them in the other direction and increase quality.

I’ll take a looksee, hopefully I’ll be able to at least do some supersampling. Tried before but I think it was reverted when I launched the game. Thanks friend.
