@Ardez I do agree Jesus was toxic out the wazoo, but isn’t it against rules to straight up ban him? Doesnt a user have to be jailed before said user is banned? yea he got warnings, but i have seen every banned user, or every jailed user is jailed/banned by you… I think you are a good mod except when it comes to punishments, it does seem like you are abusing/overusinig your powers. I talked to him, he knows its because he was bashing Nexon for being crash grabbers. but, you are the only one that flipped out on that statement, so whats up with that? maybe it just doesnt matter at all, man. Sometimes while the users can be very toxic, the mods that abuse their powers and are most likely corrupt are the ones who produce the most toxicity. Even if this didnt go outside of the rules, i still think you are kind of abusing your powers and being a sensitive DELETED. I understand if i get jailed/banned for “attacking” a mod and/or Nexon

Now, you did the right thing by sending a PM to the group of us about this. However, the people you are looking for a response from, mostly RazielWarmonic is the Community Manager for Dirty Bomb as her job. That means she generally works weekdays and will likely not answer on the weekends unless she is working for some other part of her job.

I know you were impatient to get a response to your PM, but making a public thread isn’t the way to do it.

I make it a personal policy not to discuss punishments for other users with the people who PM me directly or the people who ask in public. In this case I will make an exception because of Jesus was a longtime regular here.

Jesus has received multiple warnings about his behavior in the past. Not only did he ‘crusade’ against Nexon as the rules put it, he was spreading FUD(Fear, Uncertainty or Doubt) about Nexon’s intentions and avoiding the chat filter. These are repeat offenses and he was jailed for the same rule violations not that long ago. As an act of kindness the ‘jailed’ state was rescinded by Raziel. This doesn’t excuse his past history.

In addition, before banning him I attempted to speak with other mods/Raziel. They were not available due to it being nearly midnight on a weekend. After he was banned I discussed the issue with them once available. This isn’t something that has remained in place unilaterally.

Finally, you may see me enact more punishments because I tend to be on later at night and you seem to follow that same pattern. You say that I deliver more punishments, but I highly doubt that is something you have looked into too deeply.

I did not flip out at his statement. I took a measured response based on his previous action and our precedents for other players who are now banned. I want to repeat that I was the only moderator online at the time. Nobody else responded because nobody else saw it before me.

I do want to thank you for calling attention to this, as it is something I meant to do in that thread…

Again, my opinions are my own and if Raziel decides to rescind the ban that is her decision. As of right now I stand by the judgement call I made and I have no doubt in my mind that I did the right thing. Please expect a reply via PM later on Monday.
