apparently im banned from a single server for no apparent reason

today i was playing dirty bomb about 01:00 UTC time, playing as aura on server US East - Objective 6vs6 04. doing really well. then i get kicked from the server. message says " you have been kicked from the server". so i went back to the server browser and tried to rejoin the server then i received this http://i.imgur.com/sKl8zaH.png
i tried to join the server a few times. no luck but am able to join any other server no problem, i prefer this server cause it gives me the best ping out them all. anyone know the reason why?

Hello there.

This happens when a vote kick against you passes.
Don’t worry, I think after 20 or 30 minutes you can join again.

By the way, I heard there is a rare bug which instantly kicks you out of the server the moment you join it.

Usually you see when someone is trying to kick you, but i had no indication or notification for a vote on my screen, possibly a bug and it didnt appear, but 10 seconds prior to getting booted to the main menu, my ping did spike to 980.
