Look for the Quake 3 model paks by Todd Gantzler - they’re from 2001 so they may be a bit hard to find.

filenames = md3-multiplant.pk3 & md3-multiplant2.pk3 - they may be under multiplant.pk3 and multiplant2.pk3 also.

If you can’t find them, I can probably dig them up and email them to you.
