Just to chime in, no case for me today either, played two games. Had one all the other days I played (I think I’ve missed one due to not playing that day)

I guess we all “accidentally” opened our cases using the quick open feature! Give me a break… Putting in a ticket is like telling us to go “F” ourselves! Cause putting one in does us little good.

guess they think we are all lairs, i like this game but it just seems like things are done half assed. then when you say something about it, its “working as it should”.

Maybe ask them to point out the card you got from the cases? Also sort your cards by date and check if you see something unexpected - maybe the case opened itself?

Yesterday, I crafted up my last golds/silvers/bronzes etc…etc… To my 5th Cobalt. That leaves me, 5 Cobalts, and 2 leads in my inv. So I doubt that is the case for me, can’t attest to other accounts that aren’t my own though… (keep in mind though, I did my trade ups before the initial reset.)

Same here, have been playing for about 4 hours and no expert case today.
But I did get a regular case the first match today that might have bugged out the expert one?

not wasting my time in support just to have them lie to me saying i got it when i didn’t ( no quick open)

I did just this… and they told me I got them all… I have received two cases since the beginning of this event. I have done multiple sets of quests daily so I should have gotten one a day.

a few minutes i just finished my last of 3 games of today, got a normal case (iron loadout) in the second game but no sign of the expert case
