anyone else not getting the free elite cases?

its not working for me i should have 2 of them by now anyone else have this problem this was posted in the bug section but seems largely ignored

That’s weird, hope you get an answer soon.

I somehow got 2 Expert cases within one match, don’t know how that happened but hey it’s an extra case. Praise the bugs xD
