Anyone else got performance drop with this last update?

My fps dropped from 50-60 to 30 with sometimes under 20 drop its not really playable

SD, where we get fancy graphs and cool statistics at the cost of frame rate.

I wouldn’t be surprised. They keep managing to screw up the performance every update, yet I don’t know how. I don’t think any of the patch notes have even dabbled in changing the optimization or any of that code.

I don’t know. The game as smooth as it never did before in the menu and in-game.

My FPS are higher after today’s update. I’m having even 180-190 fps!

He’s basically saying it’s all up to chance, or occurs for seemingly no reason at all.

@N8o yeah that would be an explication for the fps drop sometimes, but i dont think the constant loss of 1/2 of them is based on luck from time to time i drop under 20 but before i was around 60 and now constantly at 30 max :’(

If you tell me how to do that :slight_smile: But I never changed anything outside game’s interface. I use minimal setting with med textures and super character details. Turned off everything beside radial blur, distortion and filtered distortion.

I didn’t have any FPS lose with this update.
I may even have gained ten but I’m not entirely sure.

yes i used shadow play for that once, but i just wanted to know easier ways

SD already confirmed that they restricted certain commands that are related to graphics settings in order to get more fps. That ulitmately results in having lower fps.

I run the game on max settings and did not notice any significant frame rate drop. Maybe from 200 to 180 ^^
