Any kind person who can help me buy BRINK?

(JFarrell) #1

I’m 50 cents shy of getting it through Steam and well, as a last resort I was wondering if anyone could help me out and send them over PayPal. Needless to say I’m just as a excited as you guys are and hopefully we’ll all ble able to play together.

Thanks a lot in advance.

$.50? I think I have some quarters in the car…

(Kairus) #3

You could buy it on direct2drive, there’s a ton of coupons for 10-15% off, and it’s a steamworks game, so it’ll activate on steam anyway.

The thing is that D2D NEEDS me for some reason to input a credit card, I cannot just use the PayPal money I have to buy it, unfortunately.

so what’s stopping you from adding the last .50 cents exactly?

(JFarrell) #6

I don’t have a credit card. I got the money from selling all the useless TF2 hats and donation from friends.

What is your paypal and steam id.

Are you a nigerian prince?

It’s a gamble, but we’re giving away multiple copies of Brink during our Brink TV launch events:

I’ve sent you $1. Pay it forward and do something nice for a stranger today/tomorrow and enjoy Brink.

Oh Dear Lord. I cannot express how grateful and happy I am right now. I will pay you back as soon as possible.

Eternally grateful. Thank you.

for extolling the virtues of pay it forward, I think everyone should up your rep

(JFarrell) #14

Indeed, this man is now my new God.

(trigg3r) #15

That an extremely nice thing for him to do. Instead of paying him back, do what he asks and pay it forward to someone else that was in need of help, like how you needed help. I’m sure that’ll be worth more to him than paying him back the dollar.
