Any good way to contact nexon/splash damage?

Like the title says, is there any way to contact nexon and/or splash damage? I feel like complaining here about the sad state of the game isn’t doing anything, so I’d like to actually email or call them instead.

They already know everything anyone has to say, telling them again won’t do anything. Not much we can do except wait and vote with wallets.
