nope, not that I’m aware of

The game is now Steam-only due to the Steam Community integration. The game’s social system is now tied into Steam and more importantly - so is the micro-transaction system. The only way to make purchases in-game is to buy through Steam or use your Steam wallet. Nexon’s own currency isn’t used for Dirty Bomb.

Does this mean a purchase ingame counts as a steam purchase? Just asking because my steam account still is locked for friend invites etc. because I haven’t bought anything on steam yet.
