trying to launch the game, the anti-cheat will go through its thing at the bottom right
then itll just autocrash and the game wont even attempt to launch
and I had won a code from that stream too… T^T

XIGNCODE3 will have the x little icon for around 2 seconds and flat out crash
i verified the cache in Steam as well.
i use win 8 if thats any help
turned off about EVERYTHING including antivirus
