ya, if you were on the 360 id invite you to play with will and i. sorry, bro. the games doesnt go far unless you have a team of 1) competent players and 2) cool people to talk to. Either way, i love it for that i enjoy every moment of it. just wish finals would be over so i could start playing again.
Tonight and last night were just bad nights of Brink…one good game out of a dozen attempts. Lag issues continue…it seems it only takes one player with a so-so connection to wreck a room so everyone is skipping. Matchmaking sucks…rooms of 8 dwindle to two or one…pull out and return into the same room over and over again…Hard to get into a room with 4v4 let alone better numbers…plus when teams begin losing people quit since there are no stats to keep people honest.
I was actually looking forward to playing after a week away from home and was hoping some things would have improved. My friend list is popping, but never have enough people to play. I feel like I am being teased by this game, but still holding onto hope that BIG things are in the making.
@blueostrich: I know your pain. I’ve got two little kids and a set amount of time to play at night only. Its almost 11pm now and I got to hit the hay in an hour. I kind of regret playing instead of using my ME time watching Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
@KAS: I love belonging! I just want to stay in the club. I bought this game because I thought it would be something great.
@Oshchino: I generally play from 2200 - 2400 EST. I always thought that was a good time to play and have been met with good numbers in other multiplayer games. However, I have played around 0100 and those games have been quite lonely.
@malk & @xzen & @santo: having a good friend list is essential and I’ve gotten about a dozen or so invites from this game alone. I just wish it was easier to get involved with friends.
Get a profile picture so you don’t look just like the rest of the new members signing up solely to hate on the game.
My brink day was played 15 maps, 3 close ones and 12 games where my team respaw camped the other, or my team was pwned and was respaw camped.

Game 10: Old Skool…had 4v4 but three guys got disconnected at the same time halfway through the match…proceeded to hold my own (on the brink of fun!)
Game 11: Old Skool…by myself. noone else in the airport terminal thing…pretty lonely. quit.
Game 12: Old Skool…back in the same terminal but got a drink, went potty and came back…two new friends joined…YAY! Game starts and two more friends join! Then one of them can not tell who is the enemy and proceeds to friendly kill every chance he can get…
12 matches; ~2 hours; 1 playable match; finished games with 4 humans; one was a TK.
