the reel is a sham and what you get is already determined as soon as you click to open a case. It’s probably programmed to show a lot of high rarities just to give the player a feeling of almost getting lucky and motivating them to buy more cases or keys or feel like the RNG is better than it is, just like digital slot machines are programmed to show a lot of near-misses on big payouts so you put another quarter in the machine and try again because “it was so close last time!”

I quick open everything i can, and skip the reel on everything i can’t because it’s not worth watching, i’m good without the shady psychological manipulation. :stuck_out_tongue:

I open weapon crates because I have nothing else to spend credits on. Always disappointments.

Now open 1 weapon case, what are the chances of getting Bronze?

Then think about how much fragments you’ll get out of them, being unequal in credit cost.

Now think about the differences and end results you’re getting.

Care to make conclusions?

Yes that’s generally how it works, very high chance of trash and very low chance of something good, this has always been the case so i’ve no idea why you’re surprised or feel the need to make a thread about it.

Honestly once polishing is a thing it won’t be that bad. A lot of the bronze skins aren’t actually terrible or anything, it’s just the wear on them.

I got a gold alice drop but it still looks like ass just from the wear.
