Annoying problems

Yo! My problems are next:
-the game doesn’t start much times, i have to click on it 4-5 times or restart pc (again after boot…)
-infinite loading without crash OR crash while loading (without error codes or something)
-the game is running nicely if i’m in game but the gamemenu lagging as hell… (this isn’t so important, just so slow…)
i’ve tried run as administrator, compatibility modes, affinity, priority, data execution prevention is unable to set.
