Some bugs I really hope get squashed and a quality of life improvements I would love to see added ASAP. Add yours below.

  • Delayed weapon switches, missing animations, disappearing throwables
  • Bolt action animation issues
  • Melee attack on weapon switch (adding “stopfire” to melee slot bind helps but still a problem)
  • Silent mines, repeating mine triggering sound
  • Melee hit boxes (stilnotto and kukri expecially)
  • Mercenary specific bind options

We know that weapon switching is being looked at/improved so hopefully the first few on my list are being addressed already.

Definitely some annoying problems here. There’s some more as well. I should probably keep track of them so SD can become aware of the issues. I know some of the problems I’ve seen haven’t been posted about before.

I guess this is part of it, but trying to melee a med station with the cricket bat or katana. It’s extremely inconsistent and doesn’t seem to do anything more than half the time

I’ve also noticed issues with the cricket bat not swinging at all when the player is too close to a target, and one where attacking an enemy with the katana at the moment of death still plays the hit sound, but doesn’t actually register any damage.

I do use a lot of melee in this game, mostly because it’s fun as hell, but these issues are extremely annoying. There’s a reason I completely refuse to use a card with the stilnotto.

Although Stark is OP and can go to hell, it has to be fixed so that it shoots everytime you click. It’s crazy how often it refuses to shoot especially midfight.

Another bug is the extra 2 seconds you get to respawn when you die at 24 seconds and you are supposed to be longspawned. Most of the time you die at 0:00 or even 24 seconds but it says 0:02 and you can still respawn immediately. People in competitive have got used to this delay bug and rely on it, including myself, but it’s inconsistent. You want to long spawn someone, you wait until 24 seconds to kill them and they still respawn. Then sometimes you will K out at 0:00 and get longspawned. Very problematic in cups especially.

Fix Kira laser that gets stuck on roofs. I used to think it happened only on the PCO building on Chapel, but boy you don’t want to know how many other spots there are. Wait 50 seconds for an ability just to waste it.

IR goggles won’t always tag the enemies you highlight. sometimes you highlight them and they instantly get tagged so your team can see them, other times they never do.

Fix invisible downed teammates and teammates who get downed and float around and change position, making it impossible to revive them.

Make Aura’s potent packs work again.

Fix the data core reset bar. It is definitely game breaking. The bar sometimes still doesn’t reset when you touch the objective.

  • Let me see my Revivr statistics. I main Sparks so a good 60% of the time im running around with the Revivr. Would like to see how well i do with it compared to regular guns. Also applies to the minigun and granade launcher i think but i never really play those.

  • Sometimes my last input seems to get stuck, so I throw out all my medpacks/stickies/ammo packs at once. This is quite frustrating since I manually have to switch back to my gun to save my medpacks. Tested two keyboard and it happened with both, so I assume its not a hardward issue. Also happens with melee where i just keep auto swinging without actually pressing anything.

I’d say just “attacks”, that may be cuz I don’t switch to melee, so I end up firing my guns (usually into teammates) when I switch (few shots), and also when I fast throw a medpack it might happen that it would continue throwing medpacks automatically till I have none left…

Happened few times to me that auto-reload wasn’t working so I was running around with 0\30 lol and then I wanted to finally shoot someone all I got was “CLICK” sound (out of ammo) and it went to auto-reload finally… :’(

Happens with any pack throwable (medpack, ammo pack) for me, too

Unresponsive repairs/pickups (non medic revive) , pressing F starts animation but not visuals/action until the second attempt .

When crouching and repairing EV. Feels like a yo-yo or slingshot or something. Just warping around and not even repairing whole time. If I just crouch and don’t move, it’s OK. But trying to move, repair and crouch - 90% of time it’s horrible.

I hope I’m not alone with this problem.

For me what happened lately is that, if I use an ability and switch to melee in some cases my character get locked in melee (mostly happends with fletcher). This is not only annoying but you also have to kill yourself to get out of the lock, what is game breaking for execution rounds.
