I believe this has been canceled which is a shame, here’s what ads had to say from the OCB site:

"The cup has been called off.
Sorry but for some reason this cup has not captured the imagination of enough players to play.
I think its too soon after the world cup.
So therefore i have cancelled it .
I might bring it back up in the new year "
