The emp presently that is linked to phantoms armor is stupid. It just gives away your postion, and doesnt even provide much benefit as as soon as you die after going through a couple of deployables, the effect wears off, leaving them untouched. I suggest making the emp turn into a deployabke fryer, as in it completely destroys them. Then you seperate it from the refractive armor give it back its old cooldown and buff its stealth aspects. We could call the new ability ‘disruption pulse’, as i it is a simple 10m pulse that is on a 25 sec cooldown that destrys all deployables in its radius. What do you think?

No, seriously. You disabled an aura station. Are you expecting your loud cloak to keep you hidden when an entire enemy team starts searching for you? You aren’t running away, even with the armor because movement makes you a big walking smudge.
If they hit you, that meter’s going down even faster - even if you don’t take direct HP damage as you flee after your 1 pick kill of that medic. - This is assuming that you had any meter left after traversing the map to arrive at said aura station.
Keep in mind that even Vassili is faster than Phantom.
(Yes, I’m cynical about this. I have reason to be.)
Edit: Destroying deployables in an AOE might also set off explosives and accidentally kill team mates: not always great.
I like the attempt at a new idea, but as it stands for now, Phantom isn’t stealthy or tank-y. Pick one, SD. Adding utility for the EMP won’t change this.
Shurikens markers ? You throw shurikens to enemy, dealing 1 hp damage (same as Aimee’s snitch) and spotting hit enemy as long as red eye IR goggles. 1 Charge, 10s cooldown. This way, you would be able to make the most annoying enemy merc spotted, so your team could focus on him.
Phantom is supposed to be a recon merc, just give him recon ability…
