an FYI for all RTCW/ET Map Makers - rtcwfiles.com/filefront

[b]I just want to make a post to inform everyone that any maps that come out which do not have a README file attached describing the map, who made it, etc… will not have
the file mirrored at filefront!

it does not take very long for a map maker or anyone involved in the map project to come up with a README file and attach it into the zip folder! that way everyone can know what the map is about, who worked on it, what version it is, the changes that were made, etc…

and better yet, 6 or 8 screen shots would be even better to have included also in your zip file showing everyone what the map looks like and what to expect!

thank you for your time and understanding!

we greatly appreciate those map makers that do take the time to create a readme file!

Maybe if they don’t make a readme file…the map isn’t good enough to even have in the first place…hehehe…

I make readme’s but they are short and sweet. [ Example : “This be my mappage YO ! WeRd ! I’z made dis wif da Radian YO. Damn…check my shiznit out on your comp at your cribbage, then place it into public server plizay YO …it’s all CrUnk !! - well, get ON wit it son”. ] and then I place a congratulatory thank-you…like so… [ " Peace Beeotch " ]
