Kielbasa is not but there are plenty of german foods that use it.

Saurkraut with apple and kielbasa was a favorite of my grandmother. Holy shit does that stink up the entire house. You smell like it the next day too.

True. But still there are some other things you can make with Sauerkraut and kielbasa and they don’t smell that bad and taste really good. Like “Bigos”
