Just got back from vacation and this update was waiting. I ran it and there seem to be some problems because even on high, basically everyone look like a cell-shaded cartoon. Tried rolling it back but it didn’t seem to help. I heard there were also some graphic fixes here so i’m not sure what caused what. I’m running an R9 280x. Anyone have any idea what to do?

That’s odd. I just installed the update yesterday (which if you read, it’s meaning AMD Catalyst is now optimized for Windows 10 too 
which is what i upgraded too) and I’m running XFX AMD R9 270x Superclocked & AMD FX™-4300 Quad-Core and haven’t had these problems. Were there any error messages from the update? (Also AMD may have messed around with some other windows compatibility problems… So I might be fine since I’m running Win 10 but they may have changed something with Win 7/Win8/8.1 That causes textures to be messed up, but if you could by the way, take some screenshots of your game, the people, and your settings?
