Here in Australia we usually don’t get any correct info so take it with a grain of salt but the site for the store GAME has it at April 21st. http://www.game.com.au/brink/pc-games/BRINKPC

just visit the bethesda forum, there’s a thread where they list all the gameshops and their dates.
pretty much all of them have different dates

Until the official release date announcement goes out, anything on see on the interwebs or hear from friends of friends of roommates is pure speculation.
