It used to happen here and there, now like every other mission refill doesn’t do anything for me. Happened three times today. Really annoying.

No, been happening really often since a month ago. Luckily I’ve already bought everything so don’t need them.

It feels like the more I pay attention to the 3-hour interval, the more I get screwed by it lol…

It has happened to me several times as well. Restarting the game or navigating the other menus like the barracks seems to help force it to refresh.
