Is there no option for reporting a player for abusive behavior? All I could find in the reporting feature was reports for Cheating and Inappropriate Name.
If it really isn’t there, it should be. Though I know it would take manpower and time to read through chat logs for validity when you get a report, it would at least be a start in curbing poor behavior in game.
The better question is… who get’s reported for “Inappropriate Name”?

Rather than this we’d need more common, but specific reasons. Abusive behaviour being one of them. But yea more reason options should be there.
I’d be to guess its not the high on the priority list though, as one can still report stuff like this, just by putting in either of the given options. I guess same employees take actions on penalizing these individuals, whenever you’ve submitted a ticket for reason “Cheating” even if the imbecile in question was in reality screaming slurs in both mic- and text-chat and TK:ing everyone, for example. Thats what the text field is for; detailing the reason of report.
You’d think a game that has/had the motto “Don’t be a D!ck” would have this down.
The Offensive Name changes into Offenseive Behaviour if you report outside of game lol
