I have a shotgun (Winchester Model 97) that holds 6 shells in a tube under the barrell.
I want to have the reload animation coresponf to the number of shells the player is actually loading, so it takes longer to load all 6 than to just top it off, plus I don’twant to show the loading of all six shells if I’m only putting in 2 or 3.
Has anyone else done anything like this, and if so, whats the easiest way? Should I put 6 different animations, or just one and loop it up to six times? I’m sure I could get it to work the way I want given time, but I’d like to draw from any experience that might already be in the pool.
