ALT+TAB reduces the performance

When I launch extraction, it’s running beside the mouse movement issue quite well. But When I ALT+Tab out of the game, the performance gets really bad when ALT+Tab back into Extraction. The FPS stay roughly the same, but the game feels really clunky afterwards. The movement isnt smooth, overall it feels like I’m playing with high ping (+300 e.g.) but the ping on the scoreboard is normal (between 60 and 90).

same here…and after 2-4 min is the movement normal again…

yeah i dont minimize this game for that reason. wish there was a vid_restart command
