Already Hacks for Dirty Bomb (This Needs to be fixed ASAP)

I’ve come across a video on YouTube that advertises 10 USD for a month of hacking for use in Dirty Bomb. Today, I came across several hackers in a Competitive match. This is a serious matter that will become the normal like Combat Arms if this isn’t resolved somehow. SplashDamage, I have complete faith that you’ll fix this. It’s just the publishers from Nexon I don’t exactly trust.

Every game has aimbotters. Report them. There is no magic wand that fixes this because of the way software works in general. All we can do is report people and/or let them eventually be banned when the AC finds the cheat and can ban it.

You can learn how to report hackers using a link right in my signature. Please try and help the community by taking some time to do it. I would really appreciate it.

Obviously it is optional, but it would help.

There should be a report function ingame along with a system like Overwatch in CSGO when the game grows larger.

Then good players would be reported any time they beat a bad player, GM’s would have to sort through massive piles of insanely ridiculous reports and causing the banning of actual cheaters to take much longer than how it happens now. Quite a bit else needs to be addressed first before that is added into the game.

Trust me there aren’t that many hackers outside of ranked.

I get accused just about anytime I hop on a objective to run missions real quick. I’ve been vote kicked by my own team already on several occasions. =( A report function would surely help, I just pity the poor person that has to filter and run through them.

they have echo data right, so a filter system that looks for inconsistent gameplay, extremely high accuracy compared to other skill-related factors;

Hacks are developed so fast for games they’re basically ready before the game is even made.

  1. people report cheaters ingame (or very skilled players)
  2. SD or Nexon guy gets several hundreds of reports everyday
  3. He extracts echo data for all these players for several matches.
  4. He sorts them by accuracy (also mb headshot accuracy)

some of those will be obvious cheats - like 80% acc for several games. (also important to take into account against who he gets that acc)
some of those will need a video proof.

I think XIGN code is a really bad Anti-cheat, Dirty Bomb doesn’t have to many hackers I’ve only ran into 2 and I’ve played over 200 hours of Dirty Bomb…

I really hope this isn’t going to be the permanent way to report a cheater because in-game reporting would be a lot easier. Too many people aren’t going to even know to come to the forums or the Dirty Bomb site to report a cheater and too many others will know what they have to do and won’t make the effort.
