Allow full servers to showup in browser?

Right now, full servers do not show up in the browser. Is there anyway to turn off this filter?

Does using the steam server browser work?

It does, but as far as I know you can’t access it in game. Though I’m wondering if my steam browser filters effect the one in game…I’ll test later.
