Alienware v2 2 cases?!

So we all know the Alienware v2 thing. You get 1 case for one of 10 mercs.
But I watched the comments of a Youtube video today and one guy said he got 2 cases out of this on one account. How is that possible? Another comment claimed he just redeemed the code and got 2 cases, too.
I managed to get the code at 4th Dec and got only 1 new card. Did it today on another steam account I use [spoiler](not a free one, I have bought games on both, don’t worry)[/spoiler] and only got one Alienware case.
So is it lust a lie or did some people get 2 cases with random mercs while some got only one?

it could be that if someone didn’t get the first one, they got it redeeming second, if one of the 2 they got was Skyhammer or Aura, then that explains it

No. One got Fletcher and Rhino, the other one Fletcher and Sawbonez.

@Jostabeere It’s a glitch. Like some people got more than one free expert case for that day during the last event.

I got two of those cases yesterday. It was strange because it should only be one, haha.

Yeah I got two from one account. Bushwhacker and Kira. Not really sure how. Also it was SM82 Bushwhacker! I’m different!

i only got one alienware case. i got one extra expert case during that login event. it is unfair but if they did nothing to those who got extra expert cases what would they possibly do now?
