Top right:

They are effectively the same clothing as the Bronze loadouts, but the guns are black with an hexagonal pattern on them.

Can you get that new key and have a chance on the better loadouts if you used a key in the first time? I got both worse loadouts, can I maybe get the better ones now, or are those keys the same?
Edit: Nope. This promotion is useless if you already got ther cards from the first one. Too bad.
