I want to be able to get a door to open only when a plyaer has the captured object in the area. Can I use alertentity on a door to get it to open and stay open?

Hmm, you could try to make two captural objects.
One that is secured at the door.
This will open the door.
And the player will imediately take the second object.
Only problem would be the sounds:
“Objective secured” and “Objective taken”
Make two doors with the same look, at the same place. One door is always hidden, depending if they have the object. One door is openable, the other ins’t.
The best is to create a seperate model for the door, then you can make it function similar to command posts etc.
So with what you have told me, I can now make the thing I wanted. But it will be a little different, as I wanted to have it slide open once you got there with the key card.
I will now just have to make a door you have to open your self, and make a key model or find one.
It should work with this right?

There the allies have to steal a key card and bring this to a certain point to open doors.
