The devs are scared of buffing the damage of the timik because its ttk would become too fast.

Add recoil with a higher damage. Thats how the AK worked in combat arms. It was a 3 shot kill but you had to tap a lot, while the m4a1 was a 5 shot kill with barely any recoil.
