AIMEE - third eye camera screen over radar

aimee’s thirdeye should show a popup screen over the radar to show what the thirdeye camera is showing

it had a long throwing range, flash bang effect on explosion, using third eye camera for sight was disabled, and enemies were ( at times randomly) spotted by the crosshair on third eye. it felt useless beyond its explosion effect even with the TEC camera enabled

if the popup screen in shown, then it could probably variable in sight(pixelated) on distance from player to TEC, and TECs crosshair should automatically point in the opposite direction from it landed on

the camera can be limited at 30 frames max, or even skip frames (part of animation of camera like static on a TV), graphics could be lowered in the camera also ( i dont see how this would be a big technical difficulty), it can also be abstracted like you said. also the variable sight on distance would lower performance issues

I don’t see it hurting performance if it is done properly. It would be similar to split screen gameplay on two player, except it won’t require as much performance, considering how small the radar is

first of all i imagine having pop-up screen AND shootable walls for snipers.
then Aimie will go full on crazy skilled shooter.
Positioning her camera in a right place, and getting behind a shootable wall she could shoot enemies judjubg by her camera. what an awsome oportunity. (this ofcourse will need a nerf to sniper dmg-through-wall.)

TEC previously was worthless, hopefully this gets added to the patch. Only reason to use aimee was for her autosniper and speed. Autosniper already got nerfed (more sway, harder to hit at longer ranges, less ability to spam with, I tested with red eye legendary card). Red eye with autosniper would make aimee a useless class if her TEC isn’t changed beyond it being used for its explosive ability.

The TEC lost its versatility when they removed the ability to see through the TEC, i imagine they did this because of bugs, but it was still worthless to use considering the speed of the game, it was pointless to do nothing and point at enemies to target them for the ‘pointers’, which at times was mostly random and was of no help compared to the other snipers ability to point enemies out.

It would make VOIP more of an asset, but without it, for teamplay, it would need the pointer ability. Hopefully it could get tested
